Before filing a claim online, make sure you have: Date and approximate time of accident, and contact and insurance information like insurance policy number, phone number, driver’s license number, and/or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).

Two-way Texting

You can chat directly with an adjuster through text messages in multiple languages. Two-way texting offers quick communication, timely updates, language preferences, and media sharing like sending photos or videos to support the claim.

When a claim is submitted, with your permission, you should receive a welcome message with the choice to opt in to two-way texting.

While texting is a convenient extra tool for communication, it doesn't necessarily replace the need for phone calls in all situations.
