The second mural for The Kemper Auto Mural Project was created in collaboration with Del Toro Insurance in Little Havana, Miami. Del Toro Insurance wanted the mural to be a gift to the community, a beautiful tapestry that reflects the diverse make up of the city.
Inspired by the South Gate community, and conceived and painted by artist Mr B Baby, this mural celebrates the unique spirit and heritage of the neighborhood. Its vibrant colors and imagery welcome residents, fostering a sense of belonging and pride in their shared space.
Miami is known for its vibrant culture, stunning beaches, and diverse community with more than 70% of Miami’s population being Hispanic/Latino. The city is shaped by many cultures, including Cuban and Haitian, which influence the city’s food, festivals and art. Today, Miami is one of America’s most visited cities. With its rich history and lively atmosphere, Miami continues to be a special place to live and visit.
